Sebastian is a Journeyman Electrician and a proud graduate of the FEAT 4-Year Electrical Program. As the head of our estimating department, he combines deep field experience with strategic foresight to deliver accurate and competitive bids. His practical knowledge of electrical systems, coupled with his leadership in preconstruction, ensures our estimates are grounded in real-world execution. Sebastian plays a vital role in shaping Apollo’s long-term growth by aligning our estimating processes with the company’s vision for quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Jose is responsible for developing accurate, competitive, and comprehensive estimates for commercial and industrial electrical projects. His role includes reviewing drawings and specifications, performing detailed take-offs, soliciting quotes from subcontractors and suppliers, and collaborating closely with the Preconstruction Manager and clients to ensure all project costs are properly captured in the bid process.
