SEBASTIAN GARCIA- DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS
Sebastian is a Journeyman Electrician and a proud graduate of the FEAT 4-Year Electrical Program. As the head of our construction operations, he is responsible for overseeing all construction projects to ensure they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. He leads project managers, superintendents, and field teams while driving operational efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction. He also supports strategic planning, resource allocation, and continuous process improvement across all projects.

JOE JANDURA- WESTCOAST OPERATIONS MANAGER
Joe is responsible for overseeing all field and project operations across the region, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role supports project managers, superintendents, and field teams while driving operational efficiency, quality control, and client satisfaction. They coordinate with preconstruction, estimating, and executive leadership to support business growth, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure compliance with company standards and regional regulations.

ALFREDO MATA - WESTCOAST PROJECT MANAGER
Alfredo is responsible for planning, executing, and closing electrical construction projects across the region. This role oversees budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. They coordinate closely with clients, general contractors, and internal teams—including estimating and preconstruction—to manage scope, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards.

Alex is responsible for overseeing all accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, ensuring accurate and timely billing, collections, and vendor payments. His role manages cash flow, maintains financial records, and ensures compliance with company policies and accounting standards. He also resolves discrepancies, and works closely with internal teams and external partners to support overall financial operations.

- ORLANDO REGION PROJECT MANAGER
PM is responsible for overseeing electrical construction projects throughout the Orlando region. This role manages project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. He serves as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, and vendors, coordinating closely with estimating and preconstruction teams to maintain project scope and quality. He also handles procurement, change orders, and project documentation while ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations and fostering strong client relationships in the Central Florida market.

- ORLANDO REGION ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER supports the successful planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction projects for the Orlando Region. Role works closely with the Project Manager, field personnel, vendors, and clients to help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company standards.

JOSE ROBLES- ESTIMATOR
Jose is responsible for developing accurate, competitive, and comprehensive estimates for commercial and industrial electrical projects. His role includes reviewing drawings and specifications, performing detailed take-offs, soliciting quotes from subcontractors and suppliers, and collaborating closely with the Preconstruction Manager and clients to ensure all project costs are properly captured in the bid process.

FERNANDO TORRES- PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Fernando is responsible for overseeing the purchasing and procurement operations for the company’s construction and service projects. His role manages vendor relationships, material purchasing, pricing negotiations, inventory coordination, and subcontractor procurement to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
